We are seeking a Permanent CRNA in Michigan.

Position Type: Permanent
Specialty: Anesthesia
Location: Royal Oak, MI
Shift: Varied (Mix of 8-10-12 hour shifts with potential to transition to longer shifts)

Position Details:
• Patient Population: All ages, including geriatrics and pediatrics
• Setting: Outpatient position at an Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Responsibilities:
o Administer anesthesia for various medical and surgical procedures
o Collaborate with Anesthesia, Surgeon, and Perioperative team to determine the appropriate anesthetic plan
o Provide airway management, intubations, and anesthesia-related services across multiple settings
o Maintain accurate documentation of care for all procedures
o Participate in professional development, quality improvement, and safety initiatives
o Precept new staff and students as requested
o Support a healthy work environment and positive communication within the team
• Required Procedures:
o Intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthesia administration
o Airway management and intubation for emergent, non-emergent, and resuscitation situations
• EMR System: EPIC
• Support Staff: Collaborative work environment with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
• Days Per Month: Full-time
• On-Call/Weekends: None
Submission Requirements:
• Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) – REQUIRED
• Active Michigan Licenses (Nursing and Specialty License) – REQUIRED
• Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain by start) – REQUIRED
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
• At least 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training) – REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/License History – REQUIRED
• Willingness to travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary – REQUIRED
• Visa support (J1 or H1B) – REQUIRED (if applicable)

• Compensation: $238,368 ($114.60/hour)
