Shift: Regular Full-Time, Day Shift (6:30 am - 5:00 pm) – 40 hours/week, Call frequency 1:4 (1 day per week and 1 weekend per month)

Position Details:
• Patient Population: General
• Setting: Acute care hospital
• Responsibilities: Pre-anesthetic evaluation, anesthesia administration, and post-anesthesia care. Manage anesthesia care during induction, maintenance, and emergence.
• Required Procedures: Spinals, Epidurals, Venous Catheters, Arterial Catheters, Regionals (Preferred, not Required), Blocks (Preferred, not Required)
• EMR System: Not specified
• Support Staff: Full team support in hospital
• Days Per Month: 40 hours per week
• On-Call/Weekends: 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month
Submission Requirements:
• Board Certified NBCRNA (by time of start) - REQUIRED
• State of Michigan CRNA License - REQUIRED
• State experience with procedures (Spinals, Epidurals, Venous Catheters, Arterial Catheters, Regionals, Blocks) – REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (by time of start) – REQUIRED
• Experience in CRNA role – PREFERRED
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary Range: $200,000-$240,000
• Overtime and On-Call Rate: 1.5x
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000 for qualified candidates
