We are seeking a Permanent CRNA – Anesthesia in New Lenox, IL.

Position Details:
Patient Population: pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric.
Setting: Hospital
Required Procedures: Spinals and epidurals can be done by CRNAs, all nerve blocks are done by MDs. We have fellowship-trained MDs for this.
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: General structure of the team: MD/CRNA care model. 100% supervised.
Days Per Month: as per standard requirements.
On-Call/Weekends: Yes
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified NBCRNA (by time of start) - REQUIRED
IL license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS, and PALS (by time of start) - REQUIRED
COVID and Flu vaccines (up to date by time of start) - REQUIRED
US trained and boarded – REQUIRED
