Compensation – Negotiable

Requirements –

• NBCRNA - Required
• Active OR License – Required (will accept willing to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS, during credentialing
• Clean Malpractice/Background – REQUIRED

Schedule –

• 1 day week typically Mondays or Thursdays

Duties

• Required Procedures spinal injections, fusions, SI joint infusions, sitmulator implants, pain pumps
• Outpatient
