Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Permanent Position

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics during surgical procedures and other medical interventions.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and collaborate with anesthesiologists to create anesthesia management plans.
• Manage all aspects of anesthesia care, including preoperative, perioperative, and immediate postoperative services.
• Document all care provided accurately.
• Provide airway management services, including intubations and emergency interventions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
• Support and mentor peers and assistive personnel in a respectful manner.
• Address patient needs and enhance customer experiences by exceeding expectations.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and uphold nursing practice standards.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and promote effective communication among team members.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
• Active Michigan Nursing and Specialty licenses required.
• Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience.
• Clean malpractice and license history.
• Up-to-date BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Willingness to travel to other ambulatory sites as needed.
• Strong team player with a commitment to patient care and safety.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active Michigan Nursing License.
• Active Specialty License as a CRNA.
• Board Certification by AANA.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Up-to-date COVID and flu vaccinations.
