We are seeking skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team at a dynamic hospital in Pennsylvania. Job Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services in a high-volume hospital setting, covering approximately 40-60 cases per day.
Work under medical direction with a collaborative team of physicians and CRNAs.
Perform various procedures, including lines, epidurals, and spinals.
Contribute to patient care in diverse OR locations, including general, thoracic, neuro, ortho, GI/GU, GYN, and more.
Support high-acuity OB/L&D cases and overflow trauma cases.
Collaborate with anesthesia techs and support staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Board Certified CRNA.
Active certifications in ACLS, BLS, and CPR.
Pennsylvania state license preferred but not required (willing to consider candidates needing to obtain a license).
Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
DEA license not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preference will be given to candidates with active licenses and a commitment to consistent availability.

Working Hours

Typical shifts: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Occasional opportunities for night shifts and longer shifts.
Estimated 14 shifts/month, with flexibility for candidates providing a minimum of 5 days/month availability.

Skills

Proficient in performing lines, epidurals, and spinals.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Competence in using EPIC EMR for charting.
Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-census environment.
