Job Description
We are seeking Board Certified CRNA to join a dynamic team at multiple facilities in Pennsylvania. This role offers flexible scheduling with shifts available Monday through Friday , and up to 16 shifts per month.
This position provides the opportunity to work with a wide range of cases including orthopedics, gynecology, general surgery, plastics, endoscopy, vascular, and pediatrics (ages 5+). No trauma, cardiac, or neurosurgical cases are required.
Travel accommodations, including mileage, airfare, lodging, and ground transportation, are covered.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical and diagnostic procedures.
Manage patient recovery from anesthesia post-procedure.
Maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all anesthesia practices.
Caseload: Adult (90%) and pediatric (10%) patients, no trauma or cardiac cases.
Qualifications
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania state license required.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical anesthesiology setting.
Working Hours
Privileges: Full privileges available (60-day credentialing process).
Skills
Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly Epic.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
