• CRNAs supervised with a 1:4 MDA supervision ratio
• Average number of surgical cases per day: 45
• No pain management cases performed
• Trauma designation: Level 1 adult, Level 2 pediatric
• Operating rooms staffed with CRNA/MDA team, circulating RN, scrub tech/RN, and surgeon/residents
• Total number of operating rooms: 19
• Patient age demographic includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active MI license
• Clean Background
• BLS, ACLS
• Local Providers- Highly Preferred
• Required Procedures: General surgical cases for adults and neurosurgical cases
• Comfortable with pediatric population - Preferred
• Additional Procedures Required or Preferred:
  • Intraop mangement of gen surg, urology, gyn, podiatry, vascular cases
  • Offsites include EP lab, endoscopy, and interventional radiology
