• Active PA state license required
• Must be Board Certified
• Minimum # Years Experience: 2
• Requirement Notes: Minimum availability of one shift per week to be considered
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS; PALS
• Coverage Need: Mon-Fri 6:30a-3p or 6:30a-5p, 8-16 shifts per month
• Providers Typical Day: Start 6:30 am, patient in the room by 7:25 am. Try to give morning break and lunch, time depends on staffing
• Adult Percentage: 90.00
• Peds Percentage: 10.00
• Typical Cases Seen: Ortho-joints-podiatrist, GYN, General surgery, Plastic, GI endoscopy, Vascular, OB, CVL, Occasionally Back, Eye, Cystoscopy, Dental, Pediatric >5yr.
• No big cases like Crani, Trauma or Hearts.
• Travel Covered: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation
