Stellar opportunity for experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a high-performing team in Pennsylvania! This locum tenens position offers a variety of shift schedules, working in a Level 1 Trauma Center within a care team model. Ideal candidates must possess excellent clinical skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for diverse cases including neuro, thoracic, ENT, general surgery, gynecology, urology, and major vascular procedures.
Work across multiple facilities including .
Perform off-site anesthesia care for Cardiac EP Lab, TAVRs, Watchman Procedures, ECT treatments, and more.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative periods.
Collaborate effectively within a care team model under medical direction.

Qualifications

Board Certification by NBCRNA – Required.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRNA.
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications – Required.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Pennsylvania state license (willing to consider candidates obtaining licensure).

Working Hours

Shifts Available: 10, 12, and 14-hour shifts.
Examples: 6:30 am–5 pm, 6:30 am–7 pm, 6:30 am–9 pm, 9 am–9 pm.
Minimum of 3 shifts per week required.
Full-time equivalent (FTE) locum positions available, with up to 20 shifts per month.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Pennsylvania state license (willing to consider candidates obtaining licensure).
Experience in high-acuity cases in a trauma or community hospital setting.
Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Cerner.
