• Active ME license or IMLC/Compact – REQUIRED
• List availability – REQUIRED
• Must indicate how proficient candidate is with EPIC – REQUIRED TO NOTE
• Covid and Flu vaccine – REQUIRED – NO EXEMPTIONS or EXCEPTIONS. Full Time availability – REQUIRED
