• Rate: $260/hour (all-inclusive, malpractice covered)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Start Date: ASAP after credentialing (12 weeks)
• Cases: General, Orthopedic, Urology, GYN, Gastroenterology, Pediatric Health, Head and Neck, Thoracic, Interventional Radiology
• PPD: 3–8 cases per day on average
• Supervision: 1:3 MD supervision model
• Requirements: Board-certified CRNA, California CRNA license

Riverside, CA

• Rate: $260/hour (all-inclusive, malpractice covered)
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (flexible hours, typically 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, but may include 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Start Date: ASAP after credentialing (12 weeks)
