We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative and dynamic team at a top medical facility in El Paso, Texas. - Schedule: M-F with occasional weekends; 10-hour shifts preferred
- Commitment: Minimum of 2 weeks per month, ideally 3 weeks; ongoing, long-term opportunity
- Rate: $200-$210 per hour
- Cases: General anesthesia for ortho, general surgery, pediatrics, plastics, ENT, and gynecology
- Call: Minimal, approximately 2 calls per shift
- EMR: Cerner
- Requirement: No local candidates; BC or BE with a clear malpractice record

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with a dedicated care team in a predominantly care-team mode, ensuring quality anesthetic care.
Maintain a high level of patient care and attention, averaging 10 patients per day.
Work in both outpatient and inpatient settings, adhering to the facility's high standards for patient safety and care.
No neonates or cardiac cases are involved in this role, allowing focused expertise on other specialties.
Provide coverage on weekdays (M-F), with occasional weekend shifts if needed.
Qualifications
Strong background in administering general anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases.
Able to commit to a minimum of two weeks per month, with a preference for three-week commitments.
Must hold a clear malpractice record.
Experience working within a collaborative, care-team model is highly preferred.
Working Hours
10-hour shifts preferred, with flexibility to accommodate longer days if required.
Minimal call requirements (approximately two calls per shift), with no patient rounding.
