We are hiring a CRNAs for an ongoing locum assignment in Idaho!

Job details:
  • Schedule: 5 8 hour days, 4 10s, and 12 hour shifts are also available.
  • All CRNAs submitted at this time must be willing to do weekend call work (pager, not in-house). Call details below:
  • WEEKEND CALL: 0700 - 0700 Saturday or Sunday. Call 1 on Sunday is off Post Call on Monday, Call 2 is not off Post Call.
  • Weeknight call at least once per week.
  • Trauma cases - MOSTLY. CRNAs only perform SPINAL Blocks, NO regional anesthesia.
  • # of operating rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90%+ of the patients are over the age of 12.
  • Option to work 4 10 hour days or 5 8 hour days, also can offer 12 hour shifts
  • Will need a DEA and CSR
  • Credentialing timeframe is roughly 90 days

Job Requirements:

ID license - Highly Preferred
  • NBCRNA - Required
  • ID DEA and CSR - Required
  • Must meet perm rate cap of $25k
  • Must meet rate cap of $285 per hour including malpractice- REQUIRED
  • Must meet call rate cap of $1000 beeper fee with $375 callback- REQUIRED
  • Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required - Verbal confirmation required at time of name clear
  • Please provide the earliest start date at time of presentation- Required
  • Please advise on the following at time of presentation: Is Provider proficient in OB Care, regional anesthesia, and working independently (ex. Conducting their own pre-ops, and not in a supervised practice model)- REQUIRED TO NOTE AT PRESENTATION
