***Medical direction Model***

We are needing 2 more full-time positions for 8s and 10s only.

I really don’t want to look at applicants who can only give a day or so here or there or two weeks on and two weeks off.

Need several more placements for WL and MC. Preferable able to do hearts, vascular, neuro. Works mid-day shifts (9-9 or 11-11), nights, weekends, and take call if needed.

We are going to need more contract staff that can work 7a-3p, 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 11a-11p, and 7p-7a during the week and weekends at both Moses Cone and Wesley Long.

We are going to need the staff asap. I am not sure if we have any opportunity to reduce the credentialing process.

Need to float if possible but we will probably have enough needs for them to stay at one location.

All shift for weekends as well. We already currently have needs every weekend.
