Start: ASAP Ongoing
Schedule: 16-20 shifts per month (min 12)
Shifts: Blocks of 5 (8-hour shifts) or 4 (10-hour) shifts
Travel Allowed: Mileage (Personal Vehicle), Airfare, lodging;Parking;Rental Car & Fuel;Ground Transportation
Typical Cases Seen: General cases, Endoscopy, Cysto, OBGYN, Ortho. No Peds, No Trauma, Hearts or complex cases
EMR: Cerner
Volume: 3 - 7 cases in a row in OR
