Locum CRNA *120952: Southern, Indiana
Dates: ASAC - FT/Ongoing is preferred
Schedule: Will consider 8's, 10's, or 12's.
Call: nightly call, 24-hour weekend call, and MD is first call.
Support Staff: Care Team, Medical Direction
Case Mix: General, GYN, Ortho, Vascular, Urology, and OB
EMR System: Paper charting
Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
Active IN License: Highly preferred, but will consider those who need to license while credentialing simultaneously
