Practice Setting: Dental Office
Dates: 9/16, 9/17, 9/30, 10/1, 10/8, 10/21, & 10/22 + ongoing
Schedule: 8rs 7:30-3:30/4pm No weekends/nights/holidays
Call: None
Patient Demographic: All adults (>15yrs old)
# cases per day: 4-6
Case Mix: All light IV sedation cases
Credentialing: 1-2 days
Active GA License Required
