Locum CRNA *121988: Southeastern, Indiana
Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Dept
Dates: Starting 8/19/24 full-time for 3 months with the option to extend
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5x8's. 40 hour work week guarantee. No weekends, no nights, no holidays
Call: No call
Case Mix: Gastroenterology, Musculoskeletal, Ophthalmology, Urology, Otorhinolaryngology
EMR System: MedAccess, Gastro
Credentialing Time-Frame: 30-45 days
Active Indiana License: required
Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
