Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
Dates: Beginning 11/4/24 - FT/ongoing for 3 months w/ the option to extend
Schedule: 4x10's
Call: beeper call nights and weekends - 30 min response time, call is 1:5 with a 5% call back volume
Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Supervision
Case Mix: Complete Ortho, Complete Vascular, Neuro/Head Spine, Vent Management & Evaluation & Management of acute volume/BP issues. No Peds, No Hearts, and OB is not listed as a requirement.
Avg cases/day: About 5 patients per shift
EMR System: Cerner
Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
Active AZ License: required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
