Locum CRNA *119038: Coastal Western, Oregon
Dates/Schedule: ASAC- 6 month assignment preferred. 7a-4p regular day, then call 4p-7a; weekends are 7a-7a call; weekdays have day off when post call.
Call: Call shift is 4pm-7am on weekdays, 24 hours on weekends. Low volume and call is expected to be light.
Case Mix: Bread & butter mix. No requirements on cases. Candidates work what they can work.
Patient Demographic: Adult, pediatric, geriatric, newborn
# of Surgical Cases per day: 6-8
# of OR's: Small facility with 21 total beds.
EMR System: Epic. Provider is expected to be proficient in the use of Epic.
Support Staff: Independent CRNA practice
Active OR License: Yes, required at time of submission
Credentialing Time Frame: 60+ days
COVID Vaccine: Yes, required.
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP... PALS & NRP are not required, but preferred.
Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes, all covered
