  • Two options
  • Option #1:
  • Experience with Regional Blocks Preferred
  • (4) 8-hour shifts per week
  • No call
  • No Neurosurgery, Open Heart, Transplants, or Bariatrics
  • Current Staff – 2 MDs, 8 CRNAs
Option #2: Experience with Regional Blocks Preferred (2) 8-hour shifts and (1) 24-hour shift per week 24-hour shift will be 16 hours of out-of-house call if a weekday 24-hour shift will be 24 hours of out-of-house call if a weekend No Neurosurgery, Open Heart, Transplants, or Bariatrics Current Staff – 2 MDs, 8 CRNAs Organization Information: ~110 miles west of Chicago ~70 miles from Rockford Community of about 25,000 residents 100 bed hospital Employed physician model $240,000-$248,000 salary for 32 hours per week $300,000-$310,000 salary for 40 hours per week Site employs about 70 physicians Local opportunities to boat, hunt, and fish Public and private school options RecruitWell's Core Values: Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
