MUSC Health is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our Regional Health Network (RHN) in an exciting leadership role. The chosen candidate will report to the Director of CRNA Services and Support Personnel. They ensure the provision of his/her departments in collaboration with other health professionals in an environment that is respectful of others, accountable for outcomes, and adaptive to change. The Florence Manager of CRNA Services is responsible for the planning and comprehensive operations of their Anesthesia division on a 24-hour basis. This division includes Florence SC, Marion SC, and Black River SC.

Scheduled Work Hours/Shift: 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts

Minimum Training, Education, and Experience:
- Graduate of a program approved by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
- Master’s degree in nursing, Nurse Anesthesia, or a health-related field is required.
- Five years or more of clinical practice experience is required.
- Three years of progressive leadership experience in a CRNA setting is required.
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) preferred.
- Insurable by the medical malpractice insurer of MUSC for the required limits.
Required Licensure, Certifications, and Registrations:
- South Carolina APRN licensure – CRNA
- Certified by The National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) require either a certification from an American Health Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Healthcare Provider.

- Promotes interprofessional collaboration and manages initiatives, strategic priorities, and program development which impact the culture, organization, and community.
- Plans, organizes, facilitates, monitors, and evaluates activities and functions of the division-based employee and organizational goals.
- Collaborates with leaders to establish operating procedures, enhance clinical and non-clinical workflows, increase productivity, and improve overall quality outcomes and operational efficiencies within various delivery settings.
- Identifies improvements to practices, clinical process(es), scope of practice, and other areas which could impact patient management and clinical process.
- Works to empower and motivate team members to their highest potential.

MUSC Health Marion Medical Center is a 124-bed, acute care facility that provides complete inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, medical, surgical, and emergency care. Marion Medical Center is Joint Commission accredited and included Mullins Nursing Center – a 92-bed, long-term care facility.
