--Active Oklahoma license
--Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm
--No call, but occasionally it's offered
--Case Mix: General, Heavy Orthopedics, Obstetrics
--Run five to six OR's with one Endoscopy suit and one Obstetrics
--Supervision by MDAs
--EMR is EPIC
--DEA, OBNDD, and Flu Vaccine required
