- 10 Providers Requested
- Clinic and Call Coverage
- 5 Patients Per Shift
- 4 ORs in Facility
- CRNAs must be willing to be credentialed at and work at all 4 locations
- Provider must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call
- Any CRNA that provides at least 40 clinical hours per week plus at least one night of call during the month of November will receive a $500 completion bonus
- Must be certified by the NBCRNA with at least one year of experience
- ACLS AND BLS are required
- Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
- Cases covered at each facility:
- Facility #1 - 50% Endoscopy; General Surgery; Orthopedics; GYN robotics; Urology
- Facility #2 - Endoscopy; General Surgery; Orthopedics; GYN robotics; Urology; Podiatry
- Facility #3 - General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endo, GYN/Podiatry
- Facility #4 - Endoscopy; General Surgery; Orthopedics; GYN robotics; Urology; Podiatry; Pulm/Bronc Lab; Gastro; OB:Cardiac/Thoracic/Structural heart
- Phone Consults: 1
- Call Ratio: 1:5
- 30 Minute call response time required
