- Cases: Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Pulm/Bronc Lab, Gastro, Cardiac Thoracic, Structural heart
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active AZ License
- ACLS, BLS
- Provider can not be more that 60 miles from the facilities
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and take call
- At least 1 year experience
- Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks

- Beeper 30 minute response time
