Our client in Dallas, TX is in need of a CRNA (Anesthetist) for a locum assignment!

Job details:

• Start - 12/02/2024
• Dates of Coverage: Dec 1st - March 2nd
• Reason for Coverage: Medical leave(s)
• Practice Setting: Hospital-Based
• Schedule Options:*PLEASE NOTE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION*

Option 1: Monday-Friday, 0700-1500 (8-hour shifts)
Option 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 0700-1700 (10-hour shifts)

• Call Schedule: No Call
• Supervised in GI Lab, EP/Cath Lab, and Radiology
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 4-12 procedural cases per CRNA
• Average Number of Pain Management Cases: Zero by the CRNA
• Trauma Level: Level 1
• Description of OR Staff: RN, Techs, Anesthesia provider, Physician providers, and OR aides
• The contract CRNAs will not do Cardiac or Hearts.They will possibly provide anesthesia for neuroradiology cases. Contract CRNAs will be working in the procedural areas: GI lab, EP/cath lab and radiology. They will not work in the operating room.
• Number of Operating Rooms: 23 ORs (work will be in procedural areas)
• Patient Age Demographic: Teens to Geriatric
• Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases (Adult), Ventilation Management
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days- temps are not available.
• New grads are not going to be considered.

Job Requirements:

• NBCRNA - REQUIRED
• TX License - REQUIRED
• ACLS, BLS - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice - highly preferred
• Must meet the rate requirements- Required
