I am working with Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX and they are looking for some temporary CRNA coverage over the next several months. I wanted to touch base with you to see if you might have any availability to help out. The job description is below. Please review the details and let me know if you would be interested in being presented to this need. As this is a major hospital facility in Dallas, TX, this need will only be open for one to days at a maximum before it is filled. If you are interested in being presented, I have also included what we would need from each candidate to get presented to this facility.

This facility is looking for coverage December 1st-March 2nd with the possibility of an extension
This coverage is for Medical Leave of a couple of CRNAs
There will be two scheduling options for the CRNAs:
-M-F (7a-3p)
-Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri (7a-5p)
No Call
No weekends
Case Load: 4-12 per CRNA
Required Procedures: Vents
OR Support Staff: RN, Techs, ANES, OR aides
23 ORs in the facility
Age Range: Teens to Geriatric
We do not know what types of cases the CRNAs will be doing yet as this was not in the job order. This question has been asked to the facility and we are awaiting answers.
60 days to privilege
$195 per hour for any candidate that is within 60 miles of the facility
$205 per hour for any candidate that is outside of 60 miles from the facility
The facility will not pay for any travel expenses other than mileage reimbursement
If you are interested in being presented, we would have to name clear you with the facility first. In order to do that, I would need an updated CV. I also would need to know the answers to the following questions:
-What month could you start working for this facility?
-How many weeks per month would you be able to work for this facility December-February?
-What scheduling arrangement would work better for you: M-F 7a-3p or Mon/Tues//Thurs/Fri 7a-5p?
-Have you been named in a malpractice case throughout the course of your career? If so, how many cases have you been named in and what was the result of each case?
-Do you have any background, licensure, or privileging issues?
-Do you have an active Texas license?
-Do you have an active DEA Registration license located in Texas?
-Where would you be traveling from?
