Schedule/Availability Requirements:

  • Schedule consists of four 10-hour days, either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 7a-5p, pending credentialing and payer enrollment. Two breaks and lunch every day. Anesthesiologists are great to work with!
  • “Bread & Butter” CRNA position.
  • Mostly GA, rarely do spinals or epidurals for their OR cases.
  • No OB, hearts, or peds under 4.
  • Some GI, EP, IR.
Credentialing Information:
  • Timeframe: 60-90 days
  • Requirements: BLS, ACLS
Submission Requirement
  • Certified CRNA
  • IL License Active – Required
  • BLS Certification - Required
  • ACLS Certification - Required
  • Availability per request - Required
  • Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred
  • Proof Of Covid Vaccine Is Required To Work At The Facility
