Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 10 physicians and 27 CRNAs at Research Medical Center.
  • You will be led by a Chief CRNA and Chief MD who genuinely support one another.
  • CRNAs practice to the top of their license.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • New graduates are welcome to apply. Completion of training, board certification, and unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment.
Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

  • The dedicated in-house CRNA team will work 24-hour shifts in rotation, with every fourth week off (8 consecutive days), which equates to 13 weeks of scheduled time off per year.
  • Week 1: Monday/Thursday
  • Week 2: Tuesday/Friday
  • Week 3: Sunday/Wednesday/Saturday
  • Week 4: OFF
  • The dedicated in-house CRNA team is free to trade shifts with other providers at will allowing maximal scheduling flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This Trauma CRNA role will manage cases ranging from Level I Traumas to General, Neuro, Orthopedics, Pediatric, and GYN.

  • Compensation: A well-rounded compensation package, including W2 compensation, is guaranteed at an annual rate of $233,000, along with a substantial sign-on bonus.
