Job Details
- Facility: SkyRidge Medical Center
- Cross Credentialing Facilities: Rose/Presbyterian St. Luke’s, Parker, Castle Rock, or Swedish
- Start Date: Upon Credentialing
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
- Length of assignment: 6 months
- Types of cases: All Cases, spinals
- Intake Notes: Must be open to call 1 - 2 x per month.
- Length of Shift: 8s, 10s,12s
- Call Requirements: Yes
- Workweek Guarantee: Yes
- EMR System: Epic/Medaxion
- CRNA's Supervised or Medically Directed: Supervised
- Medical Malpractice provided
