OPPORTUNITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Location: Near Louisville, KY
• Start Date: Immediate upon credentialing (60-90 days)
• Duration: 3-6 months with an option to extend
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 and 10-hour shifts available
• Call: Weeknight and weekend call optional 2-3 times per month (backup to MDA)
• Cases: General, major/minor spine, ENT, ortho, vascular, cardiac, breasts, plastics, endo, ophthal; no OB, trauma, or pediatrics

COMPENSATION AND PERKS:

• Earn $1,800+ per shift
• Weekly pay and direct deposit available
• $1,000,000/$3,000,000 malpractice insurance provided

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Must be board-certified with current ACLS and BLS
• Must be licensed in Kentucky or willing to obtain a license
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week
