- Paid Orientation: 2 Days Required
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Coverage Needed: Full Time Preferred. Minimum of two weeks per month Required
- 12hr Beeper Call available on some Saturdays - not required
- 8hr Weeknight Call
- Would like to review providers who are interested in the occasional overnight shift - weeknight and/or weekends. Not required
- Shift Details: 8, 10, 12, and 16 hour shifts available
- Schedule: 6:30-3pm ; 6:30-5pm ; 6:30-7pm ; 6:30-8pm
- Support staff: Care Team Model 4:1 ; 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept. to turn rooms over, bring supplies etc
- Amount of coverage needed per month: FTE
- Patient population/age: 12+
- EMR: Epic
- Special procedures: Specialized care
- Practice Setting: Hospital - Tertiary facility
- Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required (Willing to License)
- Registered Nurse Anesthetist - MN Board of Nursing required
- ACLS/BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Multisource required upon hire
- Minimum experience required: 1 year
- Level III Facility
