Job Overview:
- Specialty: CRNA

- Orientation: 2 days required
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Coverage: Full-time preferred, minimum of two weeks/month required
- Call Options:
- 12hr Beeper Call (some Saturdays, optional)
- 8hr Weeknight Call
- Occasional overnight shifts available (optional)
Shift Details:
- Available shifts: 8, 10, 12, and 16 hours
- Schedule examples: 6:30 AM - 3 PM; 6:30 AM - 5 PM; 6:30 AM - 7 PM; 6:30 AM - 8 PM
Work Environment:
- Support Staff: Care Team Model (4:1); 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept.
- Coverage Needed: FTE
- Patient Population: 12+
- Department: Tertiary facility
- EMR System: Epic
- Special Procedures: Specialized care
Requirements:
- Licenses:
- Licensed RN (MN Board of Nursing)
- Registered Nurse Anesthetist (MN Board of Nursing)
- Certifications: ACLS/BLS Tier 2 required upon hire
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Overtime and Holiday Pay:
- Overtime: 1.5x normal rate
- Holidays: 1.5x normal rate (includes New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
