Details:
- Schedule: 7a - 3:30p Mon-Fri. Locum will very rarely be asked to stay late.
- Sporadic ongoing coverage. Facility will confirm 1 week at a time.
- Call is Required, Weekend call: Friday 6p - Monday 6a
- Weekend Requirements: Weekend call: Fridays and Sundays OR Saturdays - would need to pick one of these 2 options. Site is very busy and will not allow back to back call shifts
- Cerner & paper charting, Level III
- Types of cases: OB, General surgery, GI, Bariatric, Uro, Ortho, Neuro, Cardiothoracic, some ENT (most of it is done at the local ASC), some peds. Facility is a Level 3 trauma center, so really complex cases are stabilized then sent to a tertiary center.
- Nov 25-27 (1 provider)
- Dec 23-24 and Dec 26-27 (4 providers)
- Dec 30-Jan 3 (5 providers)
- Must be able/comfortable with OB/epidurals, some trauma, some spine, simple peds cases, bread and butter stuff to cover call. No hearts.
- Must stay in Mason City while on call (10 min response time)
- Must be available to cover 1 weekend per month
- $235/Hourly
- All travel, lodging, malpractice covered !!

- BLS & ACLS - Required
- IA License or IMLC - Required , DEA and CSR - Required, Clean record/license needed for quick credentialing - Required
