What We Offer:

- 1099 and W2 options available

- Flexible Scheduling: Minimum 3 shift per month commitment
- Choose your preferred home center, with additional floating centers as needed (based on availability)
- Credentialing at a minimum of one additional location is required.
- Guaranteed hours: 8hr guarantee per shift

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Licensure & Certification: Active state licensure as a registered nurse; certified or recertified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program recognized by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs

  • Experience: 3–5 years of anesthesia experience preferred; endoscopy experience is a plus

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems; experience with ProVation MultiCare Giver is preferred

  • Clinical Expertise: Capable of performing nurse anesthetist duties in an endoscopy setting, including operating and interpreting anesthesia equipment and tailoring care to meet patient needs.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate effectively with clinical staff and other disciplines

  • Interpersonal Skills: Professional and respectful interaction with team members, patients, physicians, and visitors

  • Policy Compliance: Adherence to and implementation of company policies and procedures.
