• Must be Board Certified
• Minimum # Years Experience: 1
• Requirement Notes: NBCRNA; clearances Act 33, 34 & 73
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS; PALS
• Coverage Need: Combination of 8, 9 or 10-hour shifts depending on schedule. Mon/Tues 8s, Thurs/Fri 10s. Need someone willing to be flexible with schedules as listed. Not a hard stop at 3 pm if on 8-hour days, may have to stay and finish case.

• Providers Typical Day: Sports orthopedics, hand cases, plastics, frequent sedation cases with surgical level nerve blocks. Infrequent pediatric cases 8 y/o and above.
• Other Job Notes: 235 cases per month OP; 2974 cases per year
• Adult Percentage: 97.00
• Peds Percentage: 3.00
• Typical Cases Seen: sports orthopedics, plastics, hand cases
• Procedures: arthroscopy shoulder tendon transfers, repair tendon biceps, excision ganglion, release trigger finger, arthroscopy of knee, carpal tunnel release, ORIF elbow.
