- Shifts will very between 8,10,12s
- Must be willing to work to what the computer generates schedule wise
- Available Dates:
- 10/9 7a-3p
- 10/10 7a-5p
- 10/11 7a-7p
- 11/20 7a-7p
- 12/26 3p-11p
- Approx 48 hour per week
- Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
- Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day
- Department Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo
- EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
- Hospital bed size: 317
- Case/Procedure Experience: must have recent hospital experience
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Board Certification: NBCRNA - Required
- AZ License – Required - IMLC Only
- DEA - Required
- BLS or ACLS – Required
- Minimum experience required
