- Start: 12/16/24
- Shift: 4, Day (10 Hours) 7:00 (Flexible) - 15:00 (Flexible)
- Coverage needed per month: FT, 4x10s or 3x12 week. 16 hours of orientation. Regarding call, 1x 12hr weekend shift every 6 weeks or so
- Frequency of any Call needed: 1, 12hour weekend call shift every 6 weeks
- Support staff: ACT 4:1 ratio
- Department Description: Level 1 Trauma Center with high acuity patient population. Our current OR schedule is approx. 60/40 mix of adults and pediatrics. In need of CRNAs who enjoy elective healthy pediatrics, NICU, ortho trauma, vascular, neuro, spine. No transplants
- Patient Age Group: 2 years – adults
- EMR: Epic – Experience Preferred
- Special Procedures/Unit Details: Out of OR locations to include GI, Cath lab, MRI and IR
- Special Equipment Used: Glide scopes, Hemospheres, GE anesthesia machines, and Istats
- Board Certification Required NBCRNA
- Active SC License Required
- ACLS, BLS, PALS Required
- Specific Skills Required: Peds experience. Delivery and management of general, MAC, and regional anesthesia. Arterial line insertion is preferred. No transplants or hearts. Level 1 trauma experience, preferred
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
- Flu shots required by 11/1/2024
- Privileging Timeframe: 90-120 days
