- Cases: General, endo, ortho, GI, healthy peds
- 12 ORs (9 Hospital, 3 ASC)
- Credentialing: 90 days
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Active KY License
- Certifications: ACLS/BLS
