- Start Date: Mid-September, more likely Mid-October
- Contract Length: 6 months/26 Weeks
- Shift Details: 4 x 10 (No Weekends, No Call; M – T or T – F)
- Schedule: Full-Time: 0630AM – 0530PM (1/2-hour lunch)
- Support staff: CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists. Will be directed by Anesthesiologist (General ratio 1:2 anesthesiologists to 1 CRNA and 1 resident, can be up to 1:4 anesthesiologists to CRNA for low acuity)
- Patients per day: Depends, 1-9/daily
- Patient population/age: All age spans (no Neonatal)
- CRNA would cover the following: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)
- EMR: EPIC preferred
- Skills required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks. No OB.
- Practice Setting: Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
- NBCRNA Required
- KY State license Required
- Minimum experience required: Some experience (6 months to a year; NO NEW GRAD)
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
