Start Date: Mid-September to Mid-October

Shift Details:

• 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
• No weekends, no call
• Shift Options: Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday
• Full-Time Schedule: 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM (½-hour lunch break)

Work Details:

• Support Staff: CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists
  • Supervised by Anesthesiologists with a general ratio of 1:2 (anesthesiologists to CRNA and 1 resident), which can be up to 1:4 for low acuity cases.
• Coverage Needed: Full-time, 4 x 10-hour shifts per week for 6 months
• Patients per Day: Varies; 1-9 daily
• Patient Population/Age: All age spans (excluding neonatal)
• EMR System: EPIC preferred

• Hospital

Requirements:

• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• State License: Kentucky (willing to license)
• Certifications Required:
  • Current and valid CRNA certification
• Minimum Experience Required:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
