Degree: CRNA Facility: Lutheran Hospital (Fort Wayne, Indiana) Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days w/o temps. 30 days with temps Pay Rate: $245.00 Start Date: 10/01/2024 Length of assignment: 3-6 months with option to extend Types of cases: General, OB/GYN, GI, ortho Intake Notes: Need to be able to perform blocks Length of Shift: 5x8s 7am-3pm Monday-Friday Call Requirements: No EMR System: Cerner CRNA's Supervised or Medically Directed: Independent Medical Malpractice Provided Why Fort Wayne?
