Paying $205/HR plus travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance as well

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

• Reporting Time: 6:30 AM
• First Procedure: 6:45/7:00 AM

Average Daily Census: 40 anesthesia cases/day
Hospital Beds: 272
Patient Age Group: Primarily Adults (Pediatric experience preferred but not required)

Procedures:

• Required Skills: General, ENT, GYN, OB, Plastics, Endoscopy, Urology, Ortho, Vascular, Cardiothoracic, Neuro
• Preferred Skills: Vascular, Neuro, and Thoracic
• Optional Skills: OB

Department Description:

• Practice Setting: Hospital - Level II Trauma
• Medical Direction: 11 ORs (8 running daily), 2 CVORs
• Offsites: GI, Bronch, Cath Lab, OB
• Coverage: CRNAs cover 1 room at a time; Anesthesiologists cover up to 4 rooms

Charting System: Cerner

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required
• State Licenses: Pennsylvania (Required)
• Willing to License: No
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA (CSR not required)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Charting Experience: Cerner (Required)

Credentialing Timeframe: 3 – 4 weeks
