Paying $217/HR plus travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance as well

Start Date: November
Schedule: 2 shifts per week, 8-10 hours per day,
Patients per day: < 20
Patient Age Group: Adult (Pediatric experience preferred, but not required)
Skills required: General, bread and butter, eyes, ortho; no heads, no hearts, no OB
Charting System: Cerner
Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks for temp privileges (clean files) and 6-8 for full
