Schedule Details: Full-Time; 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1/2-hour lunch) 4 x 10 shifts

• No Weekends, No Call; M-T or T-F

Work Details:

• Support Staff: CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists. Will be directed by Anesthesiologist (General ratio 1:2 anesthesiologists to 1 CRNA and 1 resident, can be up to 1:4 anesthesiologists to CRNA for low acuity)
• EMR: EPIC preferred
• Special Procedures:
• Skills Required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial Line, Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks. No OB.

Requirements:

• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• State License Required: Yes, State of KY – open to licensing

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
