Job Description
Looking for a CRNA to join our growing hospital employed Anesthesia group of 8 anesthesiologists and 20 CRNAs. 4 day work week with rotating call. No surgery center to cover. New grads are welcome!
- 4 days per week with rotating call
- Office hours: Monday – Friday 7:00a - 3:30p (cases start at 7:30 a.m.), hours may extend past 3:30 p.m. with Surgery add-on cases.
- Call:
- Rotating weekday call every other week
- Weekend call is 1:10
- All call post day off
- Case load depends on room:
- General Surgery
- Thoracic
- Vascular
- OB/maternity
- Gynecology
- ENT
- Ophthalmology
- Ortho
- Urology
- Healthy Peds – nothing less than 1 year old
Compensation & Benefits:
- Sign on Bonus: 15% of base salary (paid when contract signed and forgiven over 2 years)
- Vacation: 272 hours PTO
- CME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5000
- Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $20,500 year before taxes. No matching.
- Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $23,000 year before taxes under age 50 and $30,500 for over age 50. SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay.
- Moving Expense: $10,000 paid to moving company
- Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $2,000,000, per claim/$6,000,000, aggregate
- Bonus Incentives: excellent bonus incentives up to 10% of salary
- Student Loan Reimbursement: repay up to $80,000 ($10,000 per year for each year of service commitment)
- Overtime Pay: (time and a half) for any hours worked over 40 hours in a week.
- Evening Differential: Monday – Thursday after 4:00 p.m.
- Weekend Differential: Friday after 4:00 p.m. – Monday prior to 7:00 a.m.
