- Start Date: 10/07/2024
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift Details: 5 x 8 Schedule: 5 8-hours shifts, 4 weeks a month, per week. Monday to Friday. Reporting at 0630AM; First procedure 0645/0700AM
- Support staff: 4 anesthesiologists per day, 15-18 CRNAs on each day
- Patients per day: average volume is around 40 anesthesia cases/day which includes endoscopy. No one CRNA is responsible for all cases in the OR and cases per CRNA will vary based on daily assignment
- Department description: Adults (Pediatric experience preferred, but not required)
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital bed size: 272
- Skills required: General, ENT, GYN, OB, plastics, endo, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuro. Vascular, neuro and thoracic is preferred, OB is optional
- Practice Setting: Hospital – Level II Trauma
- Board Certification NBCRNA - Required
- Active PA License - Required
- DEA: Yes
- CSR: No
- BLS, ACLS – Required
- 2 Years Minimum experience required
- Credentialing Timeframe: 3 – 4 weeks
