Aya Locums has an immediate opening for CRNA position at Chapel Hill, NC, paying $220/hour - $230/hour.
Position Overview
- Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 shifts of 10 hours per week (flexible start times from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Call: No call required
- Position Type: Onsite
Facility Details
- Type: Acute Care Hospital
- Location: Chapel Hill, NC
- Hospital Size: 932 beds, with a new operating room opening in March 2024
- Trauma Level: Level 1 Trauma Center
- Patient Population: Neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics. High acuity, including trauma, burns, neuro, GI, cardiac, and radiation oncology.
- Practice Setting: Hospital, operating room environment. Anesthesiologists direct up to 1:4 CRNAs.
Work Requirements
- Patient Load: Varied cases, including GI, cardiac, neuro, trauma, burns, and more. No OB or pediatric cases.
- Licensure: Active North Carolina state license required. Will consider candidates willing to license via IMLC.
- Experience: Must be able to work in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
- Certifications: AANA certification required. NBCRNA certification required. BLS, ACLS preferred.
- Charting: Epic experience preferred.
- COVID-19: Medical or religious exemptions only.
Additional Information
- Credentialing Timeframe: Temp privileges in 3-4 weeks with a completed license and DEA. Full privileges may take 4-8 weeks, with 2-3 references required.
