*Location: Palmer, Alaska; approximately 40 miles north of Anchorage
*Start Date: September - as soon as credentialed
*End Date: Ongoing
*Shift/Schedule: Weekdays only; 8 hour shifts; various weeks and dates; some OT, no Call
*Requirements:
  • Board Certified
  • Alaska license preferred as they have not been given dates past December as of yet
  • Must be able to treat both adults and pediatric
  • Clean background/malpractice for at least 7 years
  • Please provide your availability from September through December and whether you are open to extending after that time
*Skills: General Anesthesia-Adult & Peds; Trauma, Spinal, Epidural, Regional, OB, Neuro (spine only), Thoracic (No open heart), Complex Ortho, Post-90 epidural & extremity blocks, X-ray guided bloks, vent management, Eval & Management of acute volume BP issues
*EMR: Paper Charting
*Travel & Lodging covered
*Malpractice insurance covered
*Rate is open - please provide your going rate range that you will accept

Typical general anesthesia cases for adult & pediatric patients (see skills list)

Qualifications

-Board Certified
-Alaska license preferred as they have not been given dates past December as of yet
-Must be able to treat both adults and pediatric
-Clean background/malpractice for at least 7 years

Working Hours

Weekdays
8 hour shifts with some OT
No Call
