- Schedule consists of four 10-hour days, either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 7a-5p, pending credentialing and payer enrollment. Two breaks and lunch every day
- 2 Providers Requested
- No Weekends
- No Call
- # of physicians in group: 60 CRNA
- Patient Populaton: Mixed
- Procedures Required: Bread and Butter CRNA position; Mostly GA, rarely do spinals or epidurals for their OR cases. No OB, hearts, or peds under 4
- Some GI, EP, IR
- 489 Beds in Facility
- Level I Trauma
- EMR: Epic
- Active IL license - Required
- Certified CRNA; ACLS, BLS - Required
- Drive-in candidates only – Required
- Proof of Covid Vaccine – Required
- NBCRNA – Required
